Me and books

I can read any book. Different genre for different mood or time. Throughout the time passby, my interest in book changes. From fiction to non-fiction.

During my secondary school, I getting use with what my mom and father reading material.
For my mom, she read Alaf 21 novels and magazines (ie; Harmoni, Wanita, Keluarga).
For my father, he read his work related book which quite boring to me at first( land law).

During that time, newsaper is a must to buy.

I like to have NST every monday because there's an update about IT gadgets.

I remembered my grandmother want to make me able to speak well with right pronounciation in Malay. End up she asked me to read Utusan newspaper loudly infront of her. She also insists me to write big and clear letter. As she believes that, whoever write big and clear letter of handwriting will be a successful person.

I believe in her, though I damn lazy enough to write things.

If people ask me what I'm good at, it will be writing and reading. Especially in English.

I struggle since small to make it a worthwhile effort today.

Other than that, it is due to I can't let my mom down who is an English teacher.
She may not teach me a lot due to busy teaching others that need her help.

Alhamdulillah, I have met with the best English teacher throughout my learning.

But, I still not an expert. I understand what I read. The lacking is that, it'll takes a lot of time for me to get use with any bombastic word to be include in my writing. If you didn't know how to use it, though you know the meaning, still it will not guarantee that the sentences being write will be a match.

Back to my topic.

My love with books slowly decrease when I being appointed to be a part of school prefect when I'm in Form 4. Busy with my task. Though before, I always fill my free time to read and fill up my Nilam book. I  able to gain Silver as there one Nilam book of mine is lost.

Then, when I enter IIUM, slowly I back to my old hobby and interest.

I can read any books, but the only thing I will like to avoid is anything to do with AddMath. MathMode I can still tolerate.

The advantage I had is able to understand well.
What I dislike is being the center of attention. My friend did look high upon me.
Thats why I prefer to be an average student because I can't cope with my friend whom I care or concern to be feel upset by stating that they're not capable as me.

I know, no matter how much I explain. Not all will able to understand.

I did experience to be in class where people who not having good grade in academic. Due to my absent(sick) in final exam of Form 1. I end up in 2 Dinamik class of Form 2.

No matter what, I love books to the point that, if I want, I'm willingly to spend money on it.
Mostly I will invest in research books, non fiction and anything that valuable to me.

I love book to the point I will give the best book to someone that I believe will appreciate it well.

One more thing, I am not the type to only focus in reading one book at one time. It will make me feel bored. So, I will read multiple book at one time as I don't want to lose the interest and to make my mind active.
